Helpful to have before you call
- Describe the symptom: no response to the key, quiet clicking, dimming lights, the battery warning light.
- Tell us whether the problem shows up when the car is cold, after standing for a while, or at random.
- If the battery keeps going flat, the cause is sometimes the charging system, not the battery itself.
How it works
- Step 1: You call us or send a request through the form.
- Step 2: We talk through the symptoms and agree on a date, in the order requests come in.
- Step 3: We check the car at the workshop and give you a specific proposal for the work.
- Step 4: We check in during the work if something new turns up. Pay by card or cash.
We set the scope and cost once we know your car and the work it needs. That is why there is no price list on this site: first a conversation, then a specific proposal.
