Helpful to have before you call

• Describe what is happening: clutch slipping, judder, knocking when pulling away, clicking when turning.
• Tell us whether the gearbox is manual or automatic.
• In automatics we do a static oil change. If you need a different scope, we will say so plainly on the phone.

How it works

1. 01 Step 1: You call us or send a request through the form.
2. 02 Step 2: We talk through the symptoms and agree on a date, in the order requests come in.
3. 03 Step 3: We check the car at the workshop and give you a specific proposal for the work.
4. 04 Step 4: We check in during the work if something new turns up. Pay by card or cash.

We set the scope and cost once we know your car and the work it needs. That is why there is no price list on this site: first a conversation, then a specific proposal.
